Congratulations to Lucy Artt, the 2012 Arizona Colleen. She was selected from a group of 14 highly accomplished young ladies on Saturday, February 18, 2012. She won $1,000 in scholarships and a trip to Ireland in May where she will compete as the Arizona Rose at Regional Finals in Portlaoise leading up to the 53rd annual Rose of Tralee International Festival in County Kerry.
